Coach Yorio

EXPERIENCE:

Coach Yorio is currently a junior midfielder at Lynn University majoring in International Business. He is from Kent Island, Maryland and played varsity lacrosse at St. Mary’s High School and club lacrosse for the Annapolis Hawks and API Diamondbacks. While at St. Mary’s, Coach Yorio participated in cross-country, basketball, indoor track and lacrosse. He won 2 cross-country championships as well as the Unsung Hero Award his freshman year.

As a multi-sport athlete, he was awarded the Iron Saint Award which is given to an athlete who participates in sports in all three competition seasons. At Lynn University, Coach Yorio is a model student-athlete.  He is a five-time Dean’s List student and a two-time All Sunshine State Conference Honor Roll Team member with a 3.54 GPA.

As a community leader, Ethan is the VP and Co-Founder of Knights Under Christ (a non-denominational Bible study group), a team representative for OneLove and Upstander (organizations that recognize and help maintain healthy relationships). This past year, Ethan was awarded the Silent Leader Award with his Knights Under Christ organization. This award is given to someone who does the work behind the scenes to keep the organization running. Ethan will be graduating in May of 2023 with a bachelor's degree in International Business.

Fury is excited to welcome Coach Yorio to the staff. As a high school multi-sport athlete, current Dean’s List and SCC Honor Roll student, Ethan models the character, commitment, and professionalism Fury teaches on and off the field.
